WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days via selected shipping method. Custom Paracord cables items usually ship in 4-5 days (BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times are longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipping along with tracking info if picked tracked option. It may take some time for the post office to scan and update info. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit (ONLY for tracked shipping option). Contact us and we will replace those items.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

Paracord Cables & other items: Please send us an email with your order number and we will gladly replace it free of charge.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! International orders ship via selected postal service. You may incur import duties or other custom fees depending on your country of residence. We are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All Paracord are final sale and not eligible for returns. However we may in certain cases will accept refunds or exchanges. Please read:

WHERE'S MY REFUND?

Once your return item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. A credit will be automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please be patient as it may take some time for the refund to come.
